Why You Were Contacted — and What It Could Mean for You

If you received a letter, text, or call from us, let us explain why.

For over 25 years, I’ve been involved in the construction industry and real estate. I’ve seen firsthand how properties are built, bought, sold, and sometimes lost.

My introduction to surplus and overage funds didn’t start as a business idea. It began while bidding on properties in tax deed auctions.

At these auctions, investors often bid far more than the taxes owed, sometimes tens of thousands of dollars more. By law, that extra money — known as surplus or excess proceeds, belongs to the former property owner or their heirs.

What stood out to me was how often those funds went unclaimed. That’s where something didn’t sit right with me.

In many cases, homes are lost due to unplanned events like a missing will, an unexpected passing, or simply falling behind during a crisis. Regardless of the cause, these properties are often sold over small tax balances—leaving behind funds that rightfully belong to the family.

Many family members and heirs are completely unaware that money was being held in a county or state account — funds that could have helped them recover financially.

That realization changed my direction.

I didn’t want to be just another investor. I wanted to be the person who helps uncover what was overlooked and explains what options may still exist. and help families recover  what was rightfully theirs.

A home is more than just a piece of property, it represents stability, dignity, and a foundation for the future. When a family loses a home, the impact is rarely just financial.

In many of the situations I’ve seen, recovering surplus funds can make a real difference — whether that’s helping someone regain stability, relocate, or take a step toward homeownership again.

Helping rightful heirs access money that already belongs to them isn’t just about recovery, it’s about creating options.

The process of claiming these funds is often buried in bureaucracy, difficult to navigate, and time sensitive.

That’s what led me to build this service.

My role is to handle that process — so you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

That means identifying potential funds, verifying each case, and handling the steps required to pursue them properly.

When needed, we work alongside attorneys to handle any probate or court matters and ensure everything is handled properly.
